My family has frequented this location often an d alway s have a blast.
A nice family rented the bowling alley out for Halloween. It was nice I took my son and his date. They said they had a blast. Unfortunately tugged enemy feel on a Sunday so there were aloft of folks that showed up.
We decided to take our family out for a family game night, since we have family from out of town visiting for the holidays, when we arrivied at premier bowling we were treated rude from the time we walked in the door by the lady at the front desk, i believe her name was Lori, she started saying that its 9'o clock and they close at 10pm so we really don't have time to bowl, then she started yelling at my mother in law for no apparent reason asking why is she touching the bowling shoes and for her to get out and she was calling the police, mean while the kids, and other surroundings people watching, we then ask to speak someone over her and she instructed us to call in the morning, and she don't have to help or talk with any of us. We got very poor service, i do not recommend anyone taking their family here unless they want to be treated rudely and unfair.
On Nov. 30th I called and asked about birthday party packages and single game info on laser tag. The lady I spoke with at 2:23 pm told me i could place a party for tomorrow even though it normally needs to be done a week in advance. I told her i had a party that would be there the next day at 5:30 pm. But after hearing the package prices I decided i would just pay for some games. On Dec. 1st at 5:20 i showed up to pay for 2 games each for 13 kids. The man at the counter then informed me that there wouldn't be anyone to run the laser tag until 7pm. I told him I talked to the lady yesterday and she never told me that. She knew the party would be at 5:30. I told him she talked to me about the packages. He said.. with no care or sympathy... 'You didn't buy a package so she didn't staff anyone till 7' when he could tell I was pissed he started trying to explain things. But I didn't want to talk to him anymore. I waited for people to show up to decide the plan to wait or not . In the mean time. Another worker showed up. When I asked if we still had to wait till 7. She said yes. So we left and I'm never going back. Which really sucks because we went for his bday 2 years ago and it was so much fun! All the adults wanted to play just as much as the kids last night. You lost out on a couple hundred dollars. And I honestly wanted to wait and play. But not after the horrible customer service I received.
Went with my bf for a date night over labor day weekend. It was my first time there. All the staff was super friendly. Prices for bowling and drinks were very reasonable. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.
