I needed a state inspection, and Sci-Tech got me in the very next day. The man working the desk when I arrived was very kind and personable and got me set up painlessly with an account, and then I just had to wait for my car to be inspected. It didn't take long--I was in and out inside an hour. The technician was also very pleasant--he came in to tell me when my car was almost done, and he thanked me several times (then and on my way out) for coming in. Overall, my experience with Sci-Tech was fantastic, and I will be using them as my go-to car servicing place from now on. They seem to treat their customers very well.
Very friendly staff, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it took them about an hour longer than quoted to get my car in. I'll be back.
