Same exact experience as others who’ve written reviews. The car wash broke one of my tail lights, so I filled out an incident report. I called Brian on the card that one of the employees gave me. He immediately answered the phone, and I told him what happened. Said he’d call me back Wednesday after reviewing the incident. No phone call, ignored text messages, and phone calls. If something happens to your car in the wash, they will deny it, and try to make you think your car was already damaged. There’s no way I could risk coming back here. You’re out of luck if your car gets damaged. The white paint on the tail light is paint from my car where the machine damaged it.
