Waited 40min as staff small talked with each other and customers of other staff. Line continued to grow with no sense of urgency. Save your time and find a different location
Run and run fast. T-Mobile stores and TMobile service is horrible!! I will be switching to Sprint tomorrow!! Save yourself the headaches
Great service after multiple visits. They were happy to help out even close to closing. They went above and beyond what they were required to do.
Not just bashing the store. Customer service at this location is not acceptable. I actually had a staff yell at me AND representative on the phone. Told rep on the phone they didn't know what they were talking about, when trying to resolve an issue with purchasing a new phone. He was so indignant that other staff and customers had to stop and pause. What's worse is not a manager addressed his display. Not my first time observing inappropriate behavior with staff...with no curtail from a manager. Try another location if you need decent service.
I've been coming to T-Mobile for 11 years and every time I come and have the best service they take care of me for whatever I mean so I would recommend five stars for this place and I'll always come back
