I made an appointment to have some car work done at Brian's Car Care in Raytown. I was very pleased with their service. They fixed the issue with my car in a respectable time frame and also explained everything along the way before just doing it and charging me for something that I didn't agree to. I will truly be back if I ever need anything else done.
Brian's Car Care is my "go to" place for all 4 of my cars. I have never been disappointed in my service and am always taken aback by the friendly staff and quality care they provide. I appreciate Brian's honesty and willingness to always assist me in my car needs. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants excellent customer service and fair prices for any car repair or maintenance needs.
I had been there before. They are dedicated to their work. After my truck was stole they were the first I called. They have done there best for me and I will go back. I'm hoping to make a few payments as I'm disabled on a limited income. But all an all the have been great. Thank you Brian
Brought a 2011 Jeep in to have a diagnosis done on a check engine light. They found the problem which was a crack in the exhaust manifold (good job). It was going to need to be replaced and they quoted me $387 for the part and $370 for labor. Prior to picking up the vehicle I did some research and found the exact manifold (part #674-985) for sale from several retailers for $137. I asked why the part was being marked up 280% from what I could purchase the part for at retail and I was told it was to “keep the lights on”. If they had quoted me a reasonable price on the part, I would have paid the labor and everyone would have been happy but it seems greed prevented that. Bottom line is don’t try to take advantage of your customers and potential customers, do your research to avoid getting ripped off.
I took my car there back in April of this year. finally got to drive it an car wouldn't start. come to find out the battery they put in my car was bad. Ended getting a refund on the battery, not the full amount of 128$ but 89$ instead. Went to buy a new battery to put in, car started, drove to the store, was driving home an car stopped on me. Started up again but was only going 20 mph, which was exactly what it was doing before i supposedly got it fixed. I spent 650$ to get my car fixed an it still doesn't run properly. Please dont waste your money like i did
