Been there twice in the past month. Both times courteous and efficient. This past week Joey got me out of there in under 10 minutes!
Worth the wait! Yes, it took almost an hour while waiting on 30 numbers to be called on a Friday evening. Usually I go to Blue Springs but wait has gotten so long lately. Thankfully, the gal that served me was the Independence office manager that had come to help out. Crystal was SO helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed! She even saved me hundreds of $$, letting me know about a form I can fill out for the loss on my totalled vehicle.
It takes forever they close before they're supposed to close if you close at 2 o'clock p.m. on Saturdays why do you guys leave early instead of waiting until exactly 2 o'clock that's what a business is supposed to do you guys should get fine for that
I will tell you exactly why I enjoyed myself at the dmv today, because of AMANDA that's why! I've never met a more enjoyable, funny, outgoing clerk! Not to mention she went above and beyond her normal duties to help me! SO AWESOME! THANK YOU Amanda for making my day at the dmv :)
