I rented to car in Kansas City, Mo to travel to Chicago, Ill. On our way in the middle of nowhere a car tried to run us off the road and i hit some road cones and damaged the vehicle. Pulled over the other car took off, i call Enterprise and they assured me that when i got to my destination they would give me a new vehicle. As soon as i got there they greeted us and without much fuss got us back on the road. Thank you Enterprise
The Customer service was good however the car we drove a Dodge Journey was awful. Once on the highway I discovered the car need some kind of service. I had to hold the wheel with both hands to keep the car on the hwy because of either an alignment or tie rods. I couldn't return the car I had a day trip out of town that I couldn't miss. But man that was one of the worst experiences having to drive 6 hour's concentrating so hard to keep a car on the road. I've rented many times from Enterprise with no problems. In fact I called and told them shortly after I got on the road don't put this vehicle out again before it's serviced because it's awful.
The staff there is awesome. Nick is always so professional and courteous. I refer everyone to this location because of him.
Went to get my car a few minutes early, they were ready and waiting. It was a particularly busy weekend and they didn't have the car I requested so the immediately upgraded me to a beautiful Ford Escape. Aaron, the branch manager went above and beyond and I appreciated his kindness and eagerness to make my trip perfect.
