2.) In accordance with the terms of the contract as I signed it before it was tampered with, I moved out of Kansas City on the *exact* date that the contract expired as I had planned to before signing.
I wish I could give them 0 stars the guy tim that works there that is the "supervisor " has called my husband twice being rude a disrespectful after my husband tried two now to set a payment plan up. When I called he said that no one has ever called him which is a lie. Told him all were trying to do is set up a payment plan, got really hateful with me threatening to serve me papers after my husband has tried to set up the payment plan. Told TIM that's not how you speak to your customers and I'll be sure to write a review. Tim told me he would get on here to let everyone know that I as making false allegations. Told him im not making anything up and that he should listen to there recorder lines then. I went ahead and set up my payment plan which I shouldn't of but did. I did call back asking for the supervisor name but the lady at the front wouldn't tell me just told me to hold on so she could transfer me. This company is shady and I'll be glad once im done paying my debt off. Unprofessional rude and liars. Tim is the same person that talked to my husband by the way people but according to him were liars
They claimed that I had agreed to "automatic renewal terms" for a gym contract I signed in 2008. This is unambiguously a case of tampering with the contract document, their claim could not possibly be true because ---
Elite Financial Services has attempted to assist Gold's Gym in collecting on CLEARLY ***fraudulent*** debt. In doing so the completely ignore the rules set out in the FDCPA in their attempts to pressure payment as quickly as possible.
THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND DESERVE TO FACE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR THE WIREFRAUD THAT THEY ATTEMPT AND DELIBERATELY OBSCURE.
"Ron Miller" of Elite Financial Services attempted to collect from me an alleged debt to Gold's Gym of Westport, MO.
3.) Although I had to spend weeks badgering the Gold's Gym for which they sent me on pointless wild goose chases and engaged in a long string of deliberate misdirection and obfuscation, eventually they relented in showing me a better resolution copy of the contract document than the version that EFS faxed to me. In this document it was clear based on the character of the penstrokes throughout the contract that the writing on the "automatic renewal clause" was unambigously inconsistent with my writing.

I dont wish to give even 1 star. Sam Miller and Jim Coy called me a week back saying that I owe $2,500 to an apartment complex where I used to reside before. When I asked to provide me with the documentation and the details of party claiming this money, they failed to do so. They said if I dont pay it right away they'll post it on my credit history. I asked them to communicate via emails but they said that I was advised to call them. Also did not give me a proper validation of the amount they were asking for. All they wanted me was to pay them immediately via visa or mastercard. I'm going to report this to BBB.
