Horrible customer service. Rude, rude, rude! Why even bother setting up a payment date when they just make up their own dates?
I had been making decent payments to the hospital and they turned me over anyway. The company then went on to send me papers. When I called because I was confused why they were contacting me, the man said a female employee had called and talked to me and set up payments. He said she called at 9am. I am a teacher and was waiting at door for students. They refused to listen and even said they could pull up recording. I told them go ahead and of course never heard back. I asked for statements and never received them.
Great to work with! I've never had a collection company take payments and even call to remind you when they're due. Yeah, there are interest charges, but it's a debt! You can't expect something for nothing!
They don't even deserve one star! These people are so rude and dishonest! I called and agreed to an amount to pay. They cashed my checks and then a YEAR later they send me a letter saying I still owe money! When I called they said that the notes the lady entered was NOT what we agreed to!!!!
After 4 months I finally received a letter stating I need to pay off my husband bill. Well if you don't send a letter or invoice how am I going to pay. I had asked at least 2 times to send me a invoice of where I am at. If i don't get it will not pay. Need to pay attention to what people can do and at least send something to us. Then will pay. They don't listen very well and I will not call them. Will mail off a payment when I can. Don't have the money to pay it off. I delt with other financial companies they can work well and came to a agreement. Wish this company did.
