I called to try to get pricing on a big bulk of rock salt bags for my 2 companies that I work for. I was possibly going to set up an account with them if they had good pricing, and possibly give them a significant amount of business. But I never got the chance to speak with anyone. I called, it rang once and immediately was put on hold. No one answered the phone and asked if I would hold. I hung up and tried calling back several times and kept getting the busy signal. That's too bad. You guys could of had a lot of money come your way.
Went up there trying to get my glass cut. THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME. ASKED ME WHAT I WAS USING IT FOR AS IF IT WAS ANY OF THERE BUSINESS. BOTTOM LINE I FELT LIKE THEY WAS NOT TRYING TO HELP BECAUSE I'M BLACK. IT'S SAD WHEN YOU CAN'T GET HELP IN A STORE BECAUSE THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN. PEOPLE OF COLOR I ADVISE YOU NOT TO SHOP THERE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! ! I'M NOT SAYING ALL LOCATIONS ARE LIKE BUT I'M FOR SURE THIS ONE IS.
I'm all about first impressions, and customer service is a huge thing for me. Not very happy with the first impression that I got.
So expensive, the last place I will go. And they know it and charge accordingly!
We got there 30minutes before theyre scheduled to close. They complained we were preventing them from closing early. Rushed us out too quickly.
Sells poor quality products at a high price then can't help you when its breaks the first time after you use it. Don't bring your money here, these people are con artists
