Avoid Glenda as a server! The food and service is good at this location as long as it's not super busy (like Sunday brunch) and Glenda isn't your server! Every other server there has been on point and the food has been good. Glenda will run to the door whenever someone walks in, and be MIA the rest of the time AND even send other servers to check on you and bring you your food! We were there 3 hours our last visit with her as our server. Our orders were wrong, our food was cold (that is usually NOT the kitchen's fault, but the server's fault) and she didn't refill our drinks ONCE...IN THREE HOURS! There were very few people in the place whenever we were waited on her too. I was considering walking out last time because it was so bad. I DID talk one group who was walking in as we were waiting to pay our bill into going to Applebee's instead. They walked in after we had been standing there several minutes to pay our bill. She ran up once the door dinged and was going to seat them before tending to us, but i spoke up and they walked out during the exchange. I feel really good about that exchange too. We live close, and tip a 20% minimum, but we also dine out by the 3-strikes, you're out rule, I can forgive a bad day, but if you're THAT bad, THAT consistently...NOPE. Glenda is awful.

When my wife and I got there, I was concerned about the service because of the customer that sat next to us. Although, they were very slow, even to take our order, we waited for a much longer time to get our food. Dispite the wait we found the food was good and our waitress was nice. I don't think I would go back again though.

I give this place 0 Stars. The customer service is horrible for one I ordered my food and it is supposed to take 15 minutes when I got there to pay for my food I waited another additional 10 minutes my food sat on the counter for 15 minutes before they gave me my food. When I touched my food to see if it was hot the food was cold I asked for my money back and they told me that I had to wait until a manager came back from making a run to get my money back. When the manager got there he told me that I need to wait to get my money back and basically he wasn't planning on giving me my money back so I had to call the police on them. It is plenty of Denny's in the city in the area that has way better customer service and better food they don't even sell turkey or chicken sausage anymore they only have pork. I highly recommend do not go there save your money spend it somewhere else!!!

This particular location is always slower than the other locations. But the service is usually decent and the food, as always is phenomenal. The pricing, of course, is also reasonable. And they always have an excellent seasonal menu.
