Worse service ever!!!! On 12/30/17, the doors were locked. When brought to the manager's attention, she said she had the wet floor sign in the door for people. She said they didn't have the key and it was nothing they could do. However, there was no sign on the door to inform people. The lobby was nasty!!! I will NEVER go back to this location!!!!
Went inside ordered me a large chili with cheese and onions and a small Frosty. The cashier did not put in my order correctly so I got the chili without cheese and onions. The sandwich maker corrected the cashier's mistake and put cheese and onions on my chili. However the chili was ice cold and it wouldn't melt the cheese so I had to ask the cashier to go back and stick it in the microwave. She did and when it came back it was warmer but not the way I like it. I didn't want to wait any longer as I was at work so I accepted it and went on. I know Wendy's has a standard recipe for their chili but the chili at this location did not taste as good as it does at other locations I had to add extra salt pepper hot sauce packet and sour cream to get this chili to be edible. If someone at the store reads this you need to get a better chili maker. This store was recently remodeled but the men's bathroom paper towel dispenser didn't work and the lobby was an absolute disaster. I will not be back for a while!
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to! They are always messing up orders or you have to wait for your food for an extremely long time! Went there today for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich. They failed to tell me that it would take 15 minutes to cook! they had me pull forward and then after 5-10 minutes, I walked in to find out was was wrong (other people were pulling through the drive-thru and getting there food right and left). they said it takes 15 minutes to cook. I told them that they should inform people of that when they order. Most people are on their lunch hour and don't have 15 minutes to wait for food! Terrible service and attitudes! Don't go here!!!
This is by far the worst in the Kansas City area. Terrible slow service and the buns are always stale. They remodeled it but for what? The workers have horrible attitudes and the drive thru is always wrapped around the building. That location would be a great spot for a McDonald's.
