Never going back. It took more then 90 minutes for them to deliver a room temperature pizza. The manager told me to expect a 90 minute wait for deliveries and not to expect pizza delivered to be hot. That I could wait another 30 minutes for a carry out pizza. I told her to keep her pizza and went to Papa John's. They lost a customer.
They closed at 1am. I called for the last hour they were open just to try and get hot sauce added to my order and nobody picked up. The order said it was on its way and did not arrive for 30 minutes. it took almost 2 hours from the time I placed the order to get to me, and I live directly behind them. Don’t order from this location.
Pizza tracker says Ryan left the store with our order @ 8:05 pm ...48 minutes ago !!! Still not here, and we live only 3 miles away from your store. Just arrived, an hour later than expected. Forgot the icing that I had to pay extra for .. our lava cakes. Pizza is not Brooklyn style like I ordered, and looks more medium than large to me. The pepperoni is only on half should be on whole..and cheese has obviously gone cold...the two salads both had 50% wilted and brown lettuce that we have to pick out and decide whether or not to even risk eating an old prepackaged salad, gross....$53.00 later, and once again not impressed AT-ALL. Definitely, thee, last time, we order Domino's. Sorry to seem rude but I don't like being ripped off and given terrible service every single time we order. Whoever is in charge down there should be ashamed of all the terrible reviews, you'd think they'd get the message already !
Got online to order and was informed that delivery time was 20-30 minutes. Was using the "tracker" and saw that almost an hour after ordering my order was not even prepped yet and delivery was 90 to 103 minutes. I called the store and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. I won't be using this location anymore. There are others that are closer to my house that don't offer delivery but that's alright.
The only reason I am even picking one star is so I can leave this review! This has to be the WORST dominos. Ordered my food at 11:30, they close at 1am so when it turned 12:20 I called to see if my order was on the was considering its only a 10 minute drive and said it was “double checked by Thomas ” at 11:52. I was on hold for 20 minutes with no answer so I began looking at reviews and seen what a horrible reputation this place has. I always use the app to order and have never had a problem until now. At 12:45 I got in my car and drove there just to hear the phones ringing and the man there not answering the calls. he then tells me it is a 3 hour wait time because he only has 1 driver & that my food was in his car, I’m convinced he was the only one working because if he’s the cook why was my food in his car instead of the delivery driver? Long story short my food was cold, and was made wrong. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And based on these reviews, this location needs to be shut down or put under new management.
