Have the changed management/ownership? I don't know but the past couple experiences here have been drastically better than previous visits. Even if there is a long line, the new staff is quick and efficient and meet you with a smile. It no longer takes 10 minutes to get your meal.

Seriously, I ordered my food at 1130am, I was told 20 to 30 minutes, I have ordered from them numerous times and never had a bad experience an hour later I call the store, I called 7 times and they didn't pick up until I called from an anonymous number. And then without knowing who I am they told me it was on the way. And then called me at 1:30 p.m. and told me for future reference it would be better if I said Avenue with my street address. When I told the delivery driver that it would help if I could get someone to answer my phone calls to correct my address or see if they had any issues I continue to just receive attitude. I have worked restaurants, retail, and bars. And I have never experienced such bad service in my life. Honestly they need to have whoever's in charge come in there and help them get their stuff together. In addendum they finally showed up at 150pm and she did not have change. Awesome:( oh and now that I complained they will not deliver to me, the person I talked to said it was per the owner. Love the food but I can not believe the service.

Ownership has changed! Management has changed! Employees feel better and do better! They are now ready to serve YOU!! Delivery times are better because a great team is in place!! Thanks Goodcents!

As expected. I am not going to say anything overly positive OR negative here, they delivered the sandwiches as I wanted, and store seemed relatively tidy. Price was ok, so again... pretty much as expected. I typically come during the week at lunch, however this time I came on a Sunday evening. It's much slower. If you ask me, there are a few things that could have helped. If you are going to let people see the cheeses and dressings, then try and cover them when it's not busy, and try and keep the areas in between the bowls and the cutting board area more tidy. It's just a perception thing. Also if your daughter can do the register, she can push in chairs and pick up trash on the floor. I know these are little things, but given some of the recent reviews about it being dirty, these are the things they notice.

Just tried to order. She couldnt understand me amd my American language. Then told me to shut up and f off. Wow. Great service.
