Love this location. Go to it almost weekly. Only had a an issue recently but they delivered a fixed order. Great customer service!
Good sandwiches. Lots of choices. Limited selection of cheeses and toppings. True to their slogan, they are pretty fast. Give the delivery a try.
Product quality was fine. Service was average. I was ordering for an office and I asked for them to please write each persons name on the order (even spelled names out for them) and yet they didn't write the names on them. Not the end of the world, but everyone had to open up sandwiches to find out to whom they belonged.
Called in a delivery order and waited on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally got to place the order everything seemed fine and then I waited for almost an hour and a half but the pizzas never showed up. Called to find out the status of the pizzas and was told that there was no order on record. I asked to speak with the manager, he said he was the manager and that he was the one who took my order. He said he could put the order in now but didn't offer an apology or anything. I told him to forget it since it was already after midnight. I will never order from papa johns again if this is the careless service they offer. All the manager had to say in response was I don't know what you want me to do but your order didn't get put in the system. How do you become a manager if you can't even remember to put an order in when you were the one to take the order originally?
